Shipping policy
Arovena, getting your new favorites to your door should feel just as good as wearing them. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Shipping Rates
- Orders $119.50 and above — FREE Shipping
- Orders $0 – $119.49 — Flat Rate: $5.90
- Express Shipping — Flat Rate $12.00
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an extra 1–2 days — we'll always keep you posted.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping isn't available at this time — but we're working on it, so stay tuned.
Delays & Exceptions
Occasionally, factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, customs, high demand) may affect delivery times. If your order is running late, reach out and we'll track it down for you.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier and make it right.
